How does your delivery schedule work?
Once an order is made, we will endeavor to make a first delivery attempt to the shipping address provided within 24 to 48 hours from the confirmation of purchase. The delivery timings are strictly from 0900 hrs (morning) to 2100 hrs (evening). We may reach out to you by phone or email (provided by you during checkout) to check if you have any preferred delivery timings. We will try to our best to meet the delivery timings but there may be times when we are not able to meet your request. 

What happens if I am not able to receive the purchased item during the first delivery attempt?
We will arrange for a re-delivery with you.

Do you deliver to locations outside of Singapore?
We are in the process of making arrangements for Club-Mate to be available in Malaysia. Please do reach out to us via the contact form so that we can work with you on getting Club-Mate in Malaysia.

Are there any discounts for bulk purchases?
Please contact us for more information on discounts for bulk purchases.

I am interested in selling Club-Mate at my restaurants or eating / entertainment establishments. Do you have volume discounts for these types of establishments?Absolutely! Please reach out to us via phone or send us a message to inquire.  

I see that you only offer products for sale in batches of 20 or 24 bottles. Do you sell loose quantities e.g. 4 or 6 bottles?
Presently, we can only sell 20 (500ml) or 24 (330ml) bottles in the e-commerce storefront. We may consider packaging Club-Mate into a smaller set for sale in the future.
